The mind requires just as much exercise as any of your body parts. In order for you to navigate through your magic and build the life you want, you must be willing to confront those parts of you that you’ve been hiding. It’s time to face your fears and figure out what you are willing to do about them. Let me break it down.

Mental Strength training

Strength training = confronting those hidden emotions, traumas, and self limiting beliefs. Difficulty Level 10. These things can hang over your head all your life if you let them. Turn your pain into power. It’s not easy but doable. I have been on this level many times in my life, no shame in my game. It’s a learning place.

Mental Functional training

Functional training = a method to organize your thoughts and feelings. Remove those spider webs wrapped around your emotions and put them in the front of your mental filing cabinet. Sort yourself out. No need to rush. Growth takes time. Once you’ve begun removing the webs you’ll have plenty of space to nourish and flourish beautifully. When that new growth takes place you will be able to clearly, calmly, AND effectively make healthier, more conscious decisions all the time, anytime, any place.

Mental Yoga

Yoga = intention + breath + movement for the alignment of your chakras, your goals, dreams, and desires. Think about journaling outdoors to file your feelings. What about you grab a friend and make a vision board? By doing this, you’re allowing yourself to be a dreamer again. At 10, 12, 15 years old can you recall the life you imagined for yourself as an adult? You had big dreams and aspirations I’m sure. I know I know I did. Today, are you still dreaming? Are you living that life you imagined? A mental yoga practice will help to bury your doubts, re-create your spirit body and help to align your goals with actions.

Are you ready to welcome the new version of you? Literally. To just be. In the moment. No judgments, no fears, and no worries. When your spirit body and mind are connected your physical body will benefit. That is true for those who workout and those who don’t. What you say to yourself matters and what you say should matter…always. Loving yourself is easy if you want it to be, get out of your own way. What I don’t want you doing is AVOIDING those parts of you you’re uncomfortable with. Figure out your WHY, take the tips above, apply them and repeat. I know you can do this. You’re an amazing being worthy of it all. Step into your purpose and claim your power.

Loving yourself is easy if you want it to be, get out of your own way.
